Before you get started:

Completing this application will take about 5 to 10 minutes and requires that you:

• Are a resident of Ontario
• Are not applying on behalf of a third party

You will need the following to complete this application:

• Your Social Insurance Number
• A personalized cheque for the amount you'd like to open the account with from a Canadian Financial Institution with your current address

After you complete this application:

• We will contact you with your Online Banking Login information and instructions to make your initial deposit

Note that for security reasons you may need to visit one of our branches to complete the application process.
